For our earrings, we use high-quality stainless steel as jewelry metal, which is then coated in different shades. The tinted coated steel retains its tone and shine well when you clean the earrings when necessary and store them in a dry place, when not in use. Tinted coated steel is cleaned and polished like silver.
Sometimes, if you lose a ring however, here are some spare parts for you, it's also good to completely replace the metal parts and give your earrings a new lease of life. You can also vary the tone of the metal parts according to your mood. To change the metal parts, you only need a hint of dexterity, and they can be changed easily at home by anyone.
All jewelry parts in our selection are nickel-, lead- and cadmium-free in accordance with the EU standard.
The set contains 4 larger rings and 8 smaller connecting rings.

How to order
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. Delivery methods and costs
Free shipping on all orders within Finland, always. The products are delivered to the mailbox or the nearest Posti office, depending on the size of the package.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order (Custom-made product / finishing a product according to your wishes). We will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
The delivery times below apply to orders placed domestically.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
Return Policy
All of our products are covered by a 14-day returns policy. For returned products, we will refund to you the full price or you can get a giftcard to be used in our webshop. The giftcard is valid for 3 months after we receive your return. You can use the giftcard for full or part payment against any products in the Wagtail Design webshop.

The return terms do not apply to customized or monogrammed products made specifically for you. In these cases, please contact our customer service.
Returns and complaints are always handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a defect in the product or it does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will not refund the packeging, restocking fee, or delivery cost.
Troubleshooting
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days at the latest. Right of cancellation and return policy or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
