Reed, as with all Wagtail Design products, is handcrafted by just the one craftsperson, me, in Kangasala, Pirkanmaa, from FSC®-certified Portuguese cork material. Thanks to the cork pattern and craftsmanship, each individual Reed is totally unique in detail, just like you.
No machines of any sort are used in the carbon-free manufacture of all Wagtail Design products, EVERYTHING is made by hand.
No Cork Oak trees are cut down or destroyed to provide the materials for any Wagtail Design products.
The trees that sustainably provided the cork for all Wagtail Design products were growing and providing cork before you were born, they are still alive, protected by law, and will still be providing long after we are gone.

Cork is extremely durable and has a high friction resistance, cork does not absorb dust so is Hypoallergenic.
Cork is a completely sustainable product where every last bit is used productively and nothing gets wasted.
Zamak is an alloy of zinc, aluminum, magnesium, and copper. It is hypoallergenic and has a high resistance to oxidation and aging.

The quality and suppleness of cork can be compared to that of fine leather goods. But unlike leather, it’s natural, water repellent, scratch, and stain-resistant.
It is also very easy to maintain and clean: water and soap will do the trick! It does age but will do so nicely. It will last you for many, many years to come, with added character.
This unique and durable Cork Wrap Bracelet will be a joy for a lifetime. The Reed has a 10-year warranty. If something breaks, we will repair it free of charge.
It's made from the best quality cork shavings, removed from the bark of the cork oak tree, not damaging it and totally respecting its ecosystem. Then cork is transformed into very thin sheets that are laminated to a backing for support.
Cork is totally sustainable, eco-friendly, 100% natural, renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable. It's soft, lightweight, very durable, impermeable, insulating, dust, and dirt repellent.
Exact colors can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As cork is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
All products are totally handmade, hand-stitched, and hand-finished by myself in Kangasala Finland.

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. Free shipping on all orders within Finland, always. The products are delivered to the mailbox or the nearest Posti office, depending on the size of the package.
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order (Custom-made product / finishing a product according to your wishes). We will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.
The delivery times below apply to orders placed domestically.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.
All of our products are covered by a 14-day returns policy. For returned products, we will refund to you the full price or you can get a giftcard to be used in our webshop. The giftcard is valid for 3 months after we receive your return. You can use the giftcard for full or part payment against any products in the Wagtail Design webshop.

The return terms do not apply to customized or monogrammed products made specifically for you. In these cases, please contact our customer service.
Returns and complaints are always handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a defect in the product or it does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will not refund the packeging, restocking fee, or delivery cost.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days at the latest. Right of cancellation and return policy or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
