    All personalization is offered free of charge but may add a few days to the dispatch time of your product.

    Choose the earring ear hook colour that suit you best.

    It's made from the best quality cork shavings, removed from the bark of the cork oak tree, not damaging it and totally respecting its ecosystem. Then cork is transformed into very thin sheets that are laminated to a backing for support.
    Cork is eco-friendly, 100% natural, renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable. It's soft, lightweight, very durable, impermeable, insulating, dust, and dirt repellent.

    Exact color can not be guaranteed. Products are represented through images and descriptions as accurately as possible. As cork and leather are natural materials and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.

    All products are totally handmade, hand-stitched, and hand-finished by myself in Kangasala Finland.

    How to order

    Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to the delivery terms in force at the time.

    The payment service is Checkout Finland, through which the payment option is online banking, credit card or mobile pay.

    Order and payment confirmation

    Once we receive your order, we will immediately email you an order confirmation showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

    Delivery methods and costs

    Free shipping on all domestic orders. The products are delivered to the mailbox or the nearest Posti office, depending on the size of the package.

    Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order (Custom-made product / finishing a product according to your wishes). After ordering, you will receive an estimate of the delivery time. Delivery time no later than 3 weeks from order. We will also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.

    • If the order for ready-made products is placed before 12 noon, the order will be mailed during the same day (domestic orders only)
    • When an order is placed after 12 noon, the order will be mailed during the next business day (domestic orders only)
    • According to the wishes, and products made to order will be mailed no later than within 3 weeks of ordering (At this time)
    • With international orders, we will contact you about the best delivery way and cost

    We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. The online store informs about different delivery times on its website.

    Return Policy

    All of our products are covered by a 14-day returns policy. For returned products, we will refund to you the full price or you can get a giftcard to be used in our webshop. The giftcard is valid for 3 months after we receive your return. You can use the giftcard for full or part payment against any products in the Wagtail Design webshop.

    The return terms do not apply to products made specifically for you. In these cases, please contact our customer service.

    Returns and complaints are always handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a defect in the product or it does not meet expectations, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

    Unclaimed package

    Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will not refund the packeging, restocking fee, or delivery cost.

    Troubleshooting

    If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days at the latest. Right of cancellation and return policy or by calling the phone number listed in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
